Meet Oran D. Cart
Oran concentrates his practice on the representation of businesses, their owners, and their families involving litigation and transactional matters in the western suburbs of Chicago. Before admission to Northern Illinois College of Law in 2015, Oran worked in agriculture, construction, and education which provided him with the valuable experience and insight needed to handle a multitude of his clients’ needs and requirements.
Oran is a current director of the DuPage County Bar Association, a former chair and vice-chair of the DuPage County Bar Association’s School Law Section (2017-2019), former chair and vice-chair of the County Bar Association’s Business Law Section (2019-2021), and a former member of the DuPage County Bar Association’s Membership Committee. He has received numerous awards, including the 2020-2021 DuPage County Bar Association’s Director Award, and has been named a rising star and top-rated business litigation attorney by Super Lawyers. He is also a former member of the Illinois State Bar Association Commercial Banking, Collections, and Bankruptcy Section.
He is a proud sustaining member of the DuPage County Bar Association.
When Oran is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, daughter Cora, son John, and daughter Morgan. He also enjoys playing golf.
Meet Nicole
Nicole concentrates her practice on business, commercial, and real estate litigation. She also focuses her practice in the area of estate administration and probate. As a part of her practice, Nicole represents a wide range of legal matters, from business agreements to general guidance and advice. She is a proud member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Before joining the Law Offices of Oran D. Cart, LLC., Nicole worked at firms in Wheaton, Downers Grove, and Woodridge, where she focused on real estate, probate, commercial litigation, and various business representation. She has a unique approach to her client representation, and her quick, responsive communications are invaluable to both the firm and her clients.
When out of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family.
